In 2004, we initiated a hair and beauty salon in Chelsea, London. Over time, it became evident that teeth whitening stood out as the most lucrative and least labor-intensive service. This realisation led to the decision to shift gears, closing the salon and launching a network of specialised teeth whitening clinics across the UK. This strategic move was driven by the following:

• The operational efficiency of teeth whitening services
• Our teeth whitening services achieving an impressive 98% client satisfaction rate.

Harley Street Smiles has been on a mission to brighten smiles across the UK, establishing a network of clinics. From the very beginning, we became very successful after developing our very own unique formula.

Our goal was to create a highly effective formula free from any side effects. Addressing client concerns, we conducted thorough research to formulate a solution with very minimal peroxide. Unlike other teeth whitening products on the market, our formula eliminates sensitivity and enamel damage that some clients feared.

Responding to strong demand for our exclusive formula and services, we forged partnerships with establishments in the UK and Dubai. Our teeth whitening specialists conducted monthly visits, enabling these venues to offer teeth whitening to their clients, accommodating up to 16 clients per visit.

As our success rapidly grew, so did the demand for this service, surpassing our 16-treatment capacity. Multiple owners approached us, seeking to purchase our unique formula and training. Recognising the potential for wider impact, we made the decision to share our formula and training, removing the limitations on the number of clients they could serve per month.

This move was driven by the belief that everyone deserves an affordable, white smile. It also presented vendors with a remarkable opportunity to join the £71 billion industry and offer teeth whitening treatments on demand. In line with this ethos, our academy empowers both dental and non-dental professionals, equipping them to excel in teeth whitening. This journey also led to the creation of our online shop, granting access to premium teeth whitening products.

Thanks to our ongoing achievements, we’ve expanded our offerings to provide new courses that empower our students to thrive. In 2023, we proudly introduced our Tooth Gems Training Course, and its remarkable success has already made a significant impact.

In 2023, we launched an exciting training retreat package in Dubai. Imagine immersing yourself in a 5-star luxury villa, where training seamlessly blends with leisure. On a day to day basis, you will experience anything from mindset yoga to social media marketing. This unique “holiday” experience will be brimming with classes and lifestyle activities, finishing off with a celebratory yacht brunch.

In 2024, we expanded our commitment to brighter smiles by launching our at-home Smile Care range, designed for consumers to experience professional-grade teeth whitening and care in the comfort of their own homes. Our range includes the MATCH WHITE Advanced Home Teeth Whitening System, convenient refills, whitening strips, and our V34 colour corrector which is a Tik-Tok sensation! This innovation allows customers to maintain a radiant smile with the same trusted formula that has made Harley Street Smiles a leader in the teeth whitening industry. With our at-home products, we’re offering an accessible, effective solution for anyone seeking to achieve a dazzling smile, furthering our mission to brighten smiles across the UK and beyond.

In 2025 the founder Leigh Sinclair is set to offer 1:1 business strategy coaching and provide her unique blueprint on how to create a 7-figure business out of teeth whitening services!
