Once payment has been made for any Harley Street Smiles Academy course, it is non-refundable. This includes deposits and payment-plan installments. Whilst training dates can be rescheduled, refunds will not be issued, and bookings cannot be transferred to another individual.
We understand the importance of your commitment to learning and assure you that our courses are meticulously crafted to ensure a fulfilling and enriching experience. It is against our policies to copy any part or in whole of any of our training courses and doing so will result in a fine of £1,000,000 payable to Harley Street Smiles Limited
FOR PRODUCTS
At Harley Street Smiles, we strive to provide high-quality products to our valued customers. If, however, you receive a faulty or damaged product, we offer a standard 30-day return policy for such instances. Should you encounter any issues with the received product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the purchase date to initiate the return process.
Please note the following conditions for product returns:
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase or order details will be required.
- Products showing signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
Upon verification and approval of the return request, we will provide a refund or replacement for the faulty product. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
FOR THE SMILE COLLECTIVE MEMBERSHIP
When signing up for any of our memberships, you commit to a minimum 6-month term, ensuring consistent stock at an exclusive 20% discount.
•No cancellations or refunds will be issued once the subscription is active.
•If a payment is missed, the discounted savings will no longer apply, and you will be required to repay the 20% discount received on previous orders before continuing the subscription.
• Memberships automatically renew unless canceled after the initial 6-month period with prior notice.

for Teeth Whitening Model Appointments & Consumer Teeth Whitening Services
At Harley Street Smiles, all payments made for our teeth whitening model appointments and consumer teeth whitening services are strictly non-refundable.
•Model appointments require full payment upfront, which secures your place in our schedule. Due to high demand and limited availability, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or missed appointments.
•For consumer teeth whitening services, once payment has been made, no refunds will be given, regardless of appointment attendance. However, rescheduling may be possible with adequate notice, subject to availability.
