DEPOSITS
All deposits paid to Harley Street Smiles Academy are strictly non-refundable. Deposits must be paid via the secure payment link provided, and the remaining balance is to be settled by bank transfer only. Failure to pay the outstanding balance by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the booking, with the deposit retained.
for Harley Street Smiles Academy Courses
Once payment has been made for any Harley Street Smiles Academy course, it is non-refundable. This includes deposits and payment-plan installments. Whilst training dates can be rescheduled, refunds will not be issued, and bookings cannot be transferred to another individual. The payment made is strictly for the course, which you’re granted access to instantly, the equipment and products are complimentary and are not part of the payment.

It is against our policies to copy any part or in whole of any of our training courses and doing so will result in a fine of £1,000,000 payable to Harley Street Smiles Limited
FOR THE LAMPS / MACHINES
All lamp and teeth whitening machines supplied by Harley Street Smiles are covered by a one-month warranty. This warranty begins on the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects only. It does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs.
FOR PRODUCTS
At Harley Street Smiles, we strive to provide high-quality products to our valued customers. We cannot offer refunds for products in any circumstance, including failure of delivery by postal service, as once as product has been purchased we’ve now allocated it to the customer purchasing and are unable to re-purpose it ourselves.
FOR THE SMILE COLLECTIVE SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERSHIP
When signing up for any of our memberships, you commit to a minimum 6-month term, ensuring consistent stock at up to an exclusive 25% discount.
•No cancellations or refunds will be issued once the subscription is active.
•If a payment is missed, the discounted savings will no longer apply, and you will be required to repay any discount received on previous orders before continuing the subscription.
• Memberships automatically renew unless canceled after the initial 6-month period with prior notice.
